2nd Annual Harvey Milk Dinner at IUPUI

The 2nd Annual Harvey Milk dinner is just around the corner, and registration for this year’s event is now open. The event will be held on National Coming Out Day, Tuesday, October 11, 2011, in the IUPUI Campus Center at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $40 for adults and non-IUPUI students and $20 for IUPUI students. Our keynote speaker will be LGBT educator and consultant Dr. Ronni Sanlo . With over 25 years of experience in the field, Dr. Sanlo will bring her perspective on LGBT issues in higher education and the community from experiences ranging from public health to student affairs. Currently on faculty at California State University Fullerton, Dr. Sanlo has served as Director of the UCLA and University of Michigan GLBT centers and will bring her experiences to the IUPUI campus on October 11 for our second annual celebration. New this year is an online registration and payment option for your tickets thanks to a partnership with the Indiana University Alumni Association.
